How do you play Cribbage?

Cribbage is a 2-player card game where each player gets 6 cards and discards 2 to the crib. Players alternate playing cards summing to 31, then score their hands. First to 121 points wins.

What is the crib in Cribbage?

The crib is 4 extra cards (2 from each player) that belong to the dealer. The non-dealer counts their hand first, then dealer counts hand, then dealer counts the crib.

How does pegging work in Cribbage?

During pegging, players alternate playing cards. The running total must not exceed 31. Score 2 for 15, 2 for pairs, 6 for three-of-a-kind, 12 for four-of-a-kind, and 1 per card for runs.

What is a skunk in Cribbage?

A skunk is winning by 31 or more points. This counts as 2 games won. A double skunk is winning by 61+ points.
