How to play
How do I play Hextris?
Colored blocks fall from the outer edge toward the center hexagon. Rotate the hexagon left or right with A/D, the arrow keys, or by holding the left/right half of the screen so the falling block lands on a stack of the same color. Connect 3 or more same-colored blocks in a line to clear them.
What are the controls for Hextris?
On desktop use A/D or the Left/Right arrow keys to rotate the hexagon and Space to pause. On mobile, press and hold the left half of the screen to rotate left and the right half to rotate right. Tap the buttons for menus.
How do combos and chain reactions work?
Clearing blocks within 3 seconds of a previous clear builds a combo multiplier (x2, x3, x4 and higher). When cleared blocks cause other blocks to fall and clear again, you trigger a chain reaction that multiplies your score even further.
What do the bomb and rainbow blocks do?
A bomb block clears every block of its own color across all six columns when it lands. A rainbow block matches any color, so it helps complete lines of any color you place it next to.

How do I unlock endless mode and earn stars?
Complete Level 5 to unlock endless survival mode. Each of the 20 levels awards 1 to 3 stars based on your score. Earn stars to track your mastery and beat your best score on every level.
